what's the best way to deal with a bad mass airflow sensor.

its attached right to the throttle body; which provides few options.

my 2002 has about 105,000 miles and I just replaced the back two o2 sensors. but im still getting a code for the mass airflow sensor.

is there any way to easily clean it?

Can you see that it is dirty? I'd try rubbing alcohol on it first. If it is visibly clean, and you're still getting the code, it might be damaged. What make and model do you have?
