I've got a 2003 SV1000N, with the airbox bond, RS-3 cans, Chewy's mufler angle in adapters, rearsets, Suburban Machine bars. I am also on www.sv-portal.com
The front rod broke, small end is still on the wrist pin, big end is still on the crank, but a big piece of the middle of the rod exited through the tranny case, taking out the jack shft fro the cam drive.
Not yet, looking for a donor bike to get an engine, the rod broke the cases in it's escape aft. On the hunt for a theft recovery or a wrecked one that the motor isn't hurt. Good news is that all years of SV's will work!
