It is not that big of a surprise, really.  HIN never paid some of their 2009 winners.  Nopi canceled mid season in 2008, HIN canceled mid season in 2009.  Now they are teaming up and will probably cancel mid season in 2010.  These type of events just make it harder for the legit event promotions... very frustrating!  There are two tracks we have tried to book, but can not because according to track management, "another Import event is just not worth the risk".
