Cheaters, bad sportsmanship, and generally negative attitudes (haters) are never good for the scene.  The IFO series has grown to be the largest (20+ events annually) most successful Import tour in the nation because it is run by honest, hard working individuals who take pride in their work.  To belittle our efforts with illegitimate complains or personal attacks, even if just on the internet, is grounds for being banned. 

If for any reason you have an issue with IFO, feel free to contact us any time. We assure you, there is a fair, valid reason for everything we do. However, if there is a mistake on our end, it WILL be addressed.  With thousands of customers a month, it is impossible to make everyone happy, but we definitely try.  Import Face-Off is one of the only BBB accredited promotions in the business.

PERMANENTLY BANNED

Ashley B. - Car show contestant. Banned for screaming at IFO staff for not winning Best of Show at K.C. event even after you already won 4 other trophies.
Carla S. - Car show contestant. Banned for trying to start an "IFO boycott" just because your vehicle did not win a trophy.
Jerry B. - FWD racer - Banned for cussing out IFO staff after being rushed between elimination rounds. Racers were rushed because of inclement weather forecast (ended up raining out 20 minutes later).
Jim M. - FWD racer - Banned for oiling down the track at 3 of 4 events competed at.
Will S. - Car show contestant. Banned for trying to start a boycott on the Montgomery event just because IFO would not give you a free pass in exchange for passing out fliers. Free pass was denied because none of the flier coupons you claimed to have passed out the year before were turned in by a single spectator.
N. L. Performance - Audio Shop - Unpaid sponsorship fee, $200.
Tony N. - banned for trying to sneek n20 in the All Motor class
Justin R. - Wrestling Ring Rental Company - Did not show up to set up the ring for the 2008 Baton Rouge event. $100 rental deposit never returned to IFO.
Faj and Ba K. - cheating promoters caught passing out fliers at the front gate on the day of the show
Jason L. - cheating AMS racer (n20)
Corey R. - banned for being a general pain in the a**
